Our agency is responsible for:
- Recruitment of employees to staff and registration of industrial relations;
- Interaction with state authorities on employment and further personnel’s employment issues;
- Managing personnel’s records;
- Calculation and payment of salary, income tax, other allowances references;
- Registration and payment of sick leave, vacations;
- Providing insurance policies;
- Providing information at the request of the employee;
- In the case of an employee dispute, we are responsible to the employee in addition to avoiding downtime, as in the case of a temporary worker’s illness or during the vacation we are providing a replacement.

Simple rules of settlement with us
The customer receives one VAT invoice from the agency. Regardless of the number of employees and positions occupied. We charge a fee for each hour worked by each employee and multiply by the hourly rate set in the contract.
